Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon 25th Anniversary Edition booster boxes have been doing well recently!
Over the course of 5 months or so the price for a box has increased from $79 to a high of $120 to the current price of $110. That’s about a 50% gain from market bottom to top… pretty respectable for such a short time frame. It’s probably one of the only major YuGiOh investment gain around (that’s if anyone even thought to buy for an investment).
Of course Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon is major nostalgia bait and I’m sure the volume going to be opened compared to saved will be pretty high! If I had the cash I’d probably buy a huge number of boxes to open and horde.
For collectors out there it might benefit you to wait for prices to cool further, for investors you might want to just sell and call it a day.
